ABOUT US
Progressive Steps Inc. is a Georgia nonprofit founded in 2019 by Rakita Allen. We support students, families, and underserved communities through school partnerships and direct outreach across Georgia.
We work closely with schools in metro Atlanta and rural Georgia, including Fulton County Schools, Atlanta Public Schools, Taliaferro County Schools, Greene County, and Hancock County. Through these partnerships, we provide meal support, school supplies, hygiene kits, coat and shoe drives, and seasonal resources that strengthen student success and support families beyond the classroom. Our goal is simple. We want every child and every family we serve to feel seen, supported, and given a stronger path forward.
